A Traveling Tavern…

Sit. Sip. Savor.

Cork and Caravan is a mobile tavern experience inspired by the romance of a European gathering- where good wine flows, conversation lingers, and every detail invites you to slow down and savor the moment.

Set within an 8×30 mobile tavern, our space is thoughtfully designed with rich textures, warm oak floors and walls, and old-world character- creating an intimate, transportive setting for weddings, celebrations and private events.

We don’t just serve drinks- we create a unique experience. From curated cocktails to beautifully styled food pairings, every element is tailored to reflect your vision and elevate your event.

At Cork and Caravan, it’s never about the bar- it’s about the feeling your guests carry with them long after the last glass is poured.

Please see the “Experiences” page to view the options for our Irish Pub, French and Italian Wine Bars, English Tea House, Alpine Hearth, Oktoberfest, Hidden Barrel Speakeasy and our Waterfront Tavern.

Let Us Host Your Private Waterfront Experience.

The Cork and Caravan sits at a quiet meadow along our private stretch of the Old Deschutes River. Up to 15 guests can gather inside the cozy tavern or relax along the waterfront while enjoying wine, cocktails, and the peaceful sounds of nature. You may see our resident family of otters or even the neighboring beaver. Guests may float the calm waters beside the meadow or launch from our private riverfront for a scenic two-hour float down the Deschutes to Harper Bridge. At the end of the journey guests will be picked up and returned to the caravan for more waterfront libations.
